Quiet, Close Shave and Long Battery Life

I received the Philips Shaver to review and I'm really happy that I did. I've been using this shaver for a couple of weeks and the most impressive features in my mind are the long battery life and how quietly it operates relative to my old shaver.
The paperwork that came in the box references 50 minutes of cordless shaving, but my experience has indicated that this shaver will likely last well beyond that. After more than a week of 5 minute plus shaves, it had gone from 5 bars to 4, and held steady.
I used the shaver wet and dry, and found that it delivered a close shave in both cases. With less than 4 days of facial hair growth it worked very well. Over 4 days of growth and it struggles with longer hair. I was able to use the included trimmer followed by the shaver and found that worked quite well. I trust that with more practice it will be even better.
The shaver runs in 3 different modes, all of which worked well. As a user, you may not notice much of a difference apart from a bit more noise as you select the higher modes.
Once I was finished shaving, the on screen reminder to rinse was a nice feature, and I found the razor head cleans very well if you follow the directions in the manual. After a week or so the oil from my face began to build up a little bit, and although the rinse worked well, a few hairs would remain in some of the harder to clean areas. After running the shaver through the self clean function, all of the hairs were gone, and the oily appearance disappeared which allowed me to go back to rinsing only with great results.
Pros: quiet, close shave, long battery life

Brutal cut

Pros: sleek and feels good
Cons: won’t cut remotely close, price was way to high for junk

Would recommend to anyone looking for electric shaver

I received this Philips shaver to review and I am very satisfied with the quality and design of the shaver. The shaver gets every spot with ease and no pain, even the sometimes hard spots like the chin. Some electric razors require you to go over the same spot multiple times but I found this one did NOT. Love that it comes with a cleaner that gives it a good clean rather than just rinsing in water. Also really like the mini screen it has that tells you the battery percentage and shave setting your on. It's a big step up from Philips. Overall a great razor with a nice sleek modern design.
Pros: easy shave, wireless, waterproof, modern design, smart cleaning included, smooth shave, not required to go over same spot multiple times
Cons: smart clean system a little big for a small bathro

Great product - easy to use

I received the Philips Shaver to review and it is a fantastic product. I have been using it every day and have observed the following positive traits. First the charge lasts much longer than I would have expected. Second, it provides a close shave without pulling on my facial hair in lieu of cutting it (a problem I have experienced with some other electric razors). Finally, it includes a beard trimmer attachment and convenient travel case.

Best shaver ever

I have been looking at getting one of these 9000 series shavers for quite some time, and when I finally decided to get one, I gave it the 5 day growth test challenge. I went five days without shaving because I hate shaving everyday. After 40+ years of shaving, a guy can loose interest in it. Now I have a thick beard, so five days of growth is a good starting test and it passed with flying colors. In fact it shaved me closer than I get with a straight edge razor. A hot shower, some shaving cream on the face after and it was off to the races with a first place finish.
OK Philips...here's your new slogan. Ready for this....here it comes..."This shaver makes me want to shave every day again." "In fact I'm actually looking forward to shaving now."
Pros: a good close shave
Cons: i have to remove the blades to put on the trimmer
