Philips gave me this product to review and I'm impressed with how well it works. The blades do a great job of handling longer hairs compared to other models of Philips shavers I've had in the past.
The sideburn trimmer isn't as convenient to use, as you have to swap the heads, but you get used to it.
Minor things compared to how good the shave is.

Provides a good shave

Philips gave me this product to review and overall the shaver is very good. I have used Philips elected shavers in the past and this is the best shaver yet.
PROS:
The shaver has 3 speeds which I found pretty helpful to use. After a few days growth I found using the fastest speed helped cut though the longer hairs with out and pulling or tugging. I used the slower speed an the more sensitive areas of my neck and did not razor burn.
I the fact that I can clean and charge the shaver with at the same time with base.

CONS:
The shave has a separate trimmer attachment which I find cumbersome to switch in and out verse previous Philips shaver that had a trimmer integrated into the shaver.
The charging and cleaning base takes up a lot of counter space and I don't recommend moving the base in and out of a cupboard. The cleaning solution does not have a valve so it is prone to spilling if you try to move the base.

I received the Philips Shaver to review and I must say I am quite impressed. I've used different brand shavers in the past and this is by far the most effective. Doing a dry shave with this shaver is almost as clean as a razor shave. The unit is lightweight and incredibly easy to use. It has a few buttons: power and speed. The attachments are easy to remove and put on - the overall design is well thought out.
The blades are easy to take apart and clean. The hairs have nowhere to gather on or inside the device which is a bonus.
The only negative I have is that you can feel the tugging a little bit when using it (this is because it offers such a close shave). Its nothing aggressive but it's noticeable, however after a few uses you get used to it.
Also, the housing unit chamber with the wash solution cartridge leaks very easily with a slight tilt of the unit. I advise if you are traveling and taking the entire unit with you, you remove the cartridge and cover it with something or pour the liquid into a portable container and refill the cartridge afterwards.
Overall, great product. Would highly recommend.

Great Product

Phillips gave me the opportunity to try the Philips Shaver and I've been quite happy with it so far. I've found that it's quite easy to use, and does a great job. I've found it runs smoother than my previous razor. The only downside so far is that it is smaller and lighter than my old one so it was a little difficult to hold comfortably at first. Overall I'm quite happy with it.
Pros: comfortable, easy to use, effective
Cons: small

I have been using Philips Shavers for years and this is truly a superior product. I have had the chance to use it for a few weeks now and I am very impressed with the contour head and adjustable intensity, making this a perfect shaver for all skin types. to top it off the stylish design and cleaning stand make it a pleasure to use and easy to maintain.

Great replacement for my aging Philips Arcitec Shaver

I’ve been a long time Philips electric shaver user and with each new model the features always improve. I’ve never had a model with the cleaning feature but this feature is excellent. I use it once a week to clean and rejuvenate the shaver. It’s great that the cleaning feature is integrated directly with the charging method. Initially I wasn’t sure how I would like the fact that the cleaning heads remove completely from the shaver for cleaning, as my past models always had them stay attached. It turns out I really like this feature as it makes cleaning very easy and remove and reattach with ease. The shining star of this shaver, as it should be, is the shave I’m able to achieve. My wife says it’s the closes shave I have ever gotten with any shaver I have owned. Also since using this shaver and having the ability to adjust the speed setting I have experienced little to no skin irritation which is a huge plus. Philips gave me this product to review and I’m super happy to be selected. From what I have learned I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase this product again.
Pros: close shave, little to no irritation, great battery, good cleaning feature

Love the shaver, close shaves for about 5 months and after 6 months, barely cuts the tops off. Cleaning station works amazingly well. Over all, love the product but wish the heads would last closer the the year as suggested.
Pros: cleaning station works well, new heads shave very close, good design
Cons: heads only seem to last 5 to 6 months

Yet another good shaver from Philips

I received the Philips Series 9000 Wet & Dry shaver to review and after using it for a while I can easily say - another good shaver from Philips. I have been using it dry, with daily cleaning under the tap. Originally I thought it would be an issue, but in reality this way was quick and easy (no need to soend extra $$$ for buying replacement SmartClean cartridges). Battery life is very good. Battery charging time is quick. Area to improve- ability to “lock” Personal comfort settings (there are 3). I changed them by accident while shaving numerous times, because of their position on the chaver. Easy fix, but was a bit annoying.
Pros: weight, charging time, battery life, clean dry shave, travel case
Cons: positioning of personal comfort switches
