I was skeptical sbout uding thid rszor because I never could use an electric razor due to neck irritation. I decided to try it since it was guaranteed. I have used it dry, wet and with shaving lotion. No irritation whatsoever. I get the closest shave with the lotion, next wet and then dry. The dry is good to clean up if I'm just hanging out. I really am happy that I bought this razor.
Pros: comfortable, quick and easy, easy cleanup, close shaves, wet or dry

I had not bought a shaver for many years. The technology of the shaver industry has improved immensely over the past seven (7) years.
I found the shave I purchased has more than exceeded my expectations. For example, I can tell how much power I need for recharging without even turning on the shaver. Also, I use the mustache/sideburn trimmer every day.
Also, this was new to me that I can wash the shaver heads and trimmer without worrying if any damage would occur.
In sum, I have enjoyed using my shaver.

This shaver gives a close shave without irritation of the skin and even will shave the longer hairs. Cleaning is very easy so one can perform cleaning after each usage. The cutters are robust as compared to a foil shaver.

I've used Norelco shavers for over 40 years and the 9850 gives me the best shave yet. Easier to use and more comfortable than my previous AT810.

My last shaver was the Norelco Artec , I had it for about 6 years until it wore out. It was a great shaver and I expected the same with series 9000. I do like it but I still would prefer the Artec, It seemed to give me a better shave. I guess if I give it more time I'll feel better about it.
