Very nice looking quite like the auto wash. Just does not shave that great. First razor I ever had was a Remington electric was great lasted 20 years. last 20 years have used std Dbl blade razor. Last Christmas talk about getting another electric. Wife got me this unit as a Christmas present. Like she said sounds great but just does not give as close of a shave as my double blade razor. Very disappointed was looking forward to the quietness and quickness of an electric shaver.
Pros: easy to use, nice styling
Cons: not as good as a razor

The user guide uses sketches to demonstrate the use of the cleaning and charging stand. To understand the proper use requires the reader to be clairvoyant. The guide says the unit will only fit one way,but that is not completely true, rather it will only work correctly one way.

Only had the shaver for a few days but so far I am loving it I love the cleaning feat, ease of use and the sleek design dig the that sleek black finish to.No complaints at this time.Keep up the GOOD work norelco!

I have used norelco shavers for over 40 years and have always been very satisfied. This shaver is terrible it does not cut closely or quickly. It leaves longer hairs that have been gone over 3 to 4 times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best norelco I have ever owned and I have been using norelco razors for over 55 years. The only thing I liked better on my old razor is that it had the clipper that would flip out instead of changing our the heads. Still this razor is the best.

The shaver performance is the best of the Norelco shavers I have used. Cuts hair closer, easy to use, cleans easily. The design fits my hand better than the ones I have used. The trimmer works very good. My big concern is protecting the heads when not in use. The zipper on the case that came with the shaver does not work, and there is no plastic cover to protect the heads as there was with my other Norelco shavers.
Pros: quick close shave, very good trimmer
Cons: no protection for heads when not in use

I have been using various models of the Norelco for probably 40 years and always enjoyed close comfortable shaves. Newest model I just purchased in the last month does not give as close a shave and my older models. In addition, due to the design of the shaving head it is difficult to get close around the nose. Cleaning under the faucet is not as easy as the old flip top.

I have only used Norelco products, except for occasional safety razor use when called for, my entire shaving life. This is the best, closest, smoothest, razor I have used. I can't thank Norelco for engineering such a fantastic razor. Thanks Norelco.
