Well this is a great product. I've used for the 40 days that were recommended. Granted my skin is still getting used to using this shaver and I'm still learning on how to get the best out of the hard angles.
Truthfully I have super sensitive skin. My first approach using this shaver was to press really hard onto my skin and that got the job done with some skin irritation. You can get the same job done without applying much pressure.
That all being said below my neck for some reason it is hard to get a perfect super smooth shave but my technique is definitely improves everytime I use it.
I must mention that the self cleaning, wet and dry shave features make this shaver an amazing adder to my grooming arsenal.
At last I'd like to mention that I've use it both in wet and dry. Wet you are going to need some sort of shaving cream or soap. I;ve always use soap and rise it constantly.
I use it dry during the week on my way to work on the car and I get to work with a perfect shave. (priceless)
After playing with several foil and rotary shavers, it's pretty apparent that the rotary ones are far superior in all respects. I put this shaver up against the primary foil shaver's equivalent model and it was a no- brainer. The shave of the Norelco was closer, quieter, more vibration-free and generally a better experience. I can shave with the foil shaver and then re-shave with the Norelco and remove a considerable amount of stubble that the foil shaver missed.
Pros: super close shave., good feel in hand., quiet & vibration free.
Cons: can't think of one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shaver that I bought was good for one year. I first noticed that the shaver was making a little noise. This continued for several months. The shaver was making so much noise that I had to replace the heads that i bought with another set. That did not help. In the next several months Norelco had replaced every part of the shaver I purchased including the washer for the heads. To this day it is in my drawer.I have a model S5290 that I am trying out. It seems to be better than the expensive Model S9321 shaver that I bought April 10, 2015
Been haVing trouble with retainer rings. Checked your website for replacement heads, discovered i need the RQ12/62, read several reviews and they are all very critical of the replacement (new) head design and swear off using Norelco again. Is Norelco aware of these complaints and considering going back to the old head design. The razor I have has the new heads so I can't compare to the older design. Comments are all from those who have older models and the previous heads. My biggest complaint is the frequency of the retainer rings coming loose. Would like to think Norelco is not ignoring these complaints
I have had the Model 9500 for about a month and I am overall well pleased with performance however at times it seems the head is dragging over the beard.Should I be using an electric pre-shave. Since I am retired i shave every other day sometimes every third day.
Best electric razor I ever owned in my 55 + years of shaving.

Cuts faster, closer, and cleaner than any foil or previous rotary razor I've used during my shaving career, including several other makes and models. As a result, there is no "shadow" so I don't have to shave again when my wife and I go out at night for a social occasion. With each shave lasting an average of 3 minutes, I only have to charge it every 2 - 3 weeks. While the price is on the high side, I would buy the 9500 again in a heartbeat over the less expensive models on the market, as I think it lives up to the qualities it is advertised to possess.
the only problem that it doesn't cut close under the chin. My old one did. Maybe just to new, other wise very nice. The tool to replace the heads does not work. You are sending me one, hopefully it will work.
