The product works as advertised. I had a previous model similar, and then purchased a model without the swivel heads, and was disappointed. so far I am very pleased with the performance, and would recommend to any one interested.

I thought it was uncomfortable to use and extended my shaving time.

The razor was uncomfortable for me to use, maybe I was to use to your standard razor. After three weeks I returned it and bought a AT880. It is much easier to use and gives me a better shave.
Pros: the charge level indicater
Cons: hard to use

With my old Norelco I had to use a Gillette Atra Razor to get a close shave on my neck. With the new one, there is no need to use a regular razor for my neck. The new one works fine.
Pros: shaves my head really close
Cons: i accidentally hit the power switch while shaving

The 9000 series truly gives a much closer shave than the AT880. Often consumers such as myself become disbelieving when better and closer are used to describe a more expensive device. I was unsure if a higher price tag would equate to a closer shave but it has. Certainly, sharp clean blades are a major contributing factor and this has those components. I found the new shave more comfortable, providing a much closer shave meaning I look better longer; a worthy expenditure.
