The product is easy to use. Shaves well in main facial areas but I have problems with neck areas.
Pros: easy to use in general areas, fits hand for control, easy to clean
Cons: doesn't cut close on lower neck ear areas, requires daily shaving can't skip consecutive da.

Overall great product. But not perfect. Scope to improve. It is not a complete replacement of traditional razor. Can't shave smoothly in all area. I have to use razor blade to shave near neck area. I thought it will shave my shaving time, but it is more time than before. The best thing I like about this shaver is, I don't feel those skin irritation and burning sensation after shaving with my traditional razor. That's why I love it.
Pros: no burning sensation after shave, smooth and easy shave
Cons: can't cut smooth in neck area, beard grow too fast. i had to cut twice a day

Well,not really, its cost is higher than average and the service is fair the same, it lack functionalities for its price and I still need to shave my sideburns with another blade. Fiasco.

I love this 9000 wet and dry series. I get a close shave every time. I was impressed by how quiet it was. The cleaning system does a great job. It even cuts hairs on the top my nose too. I haven't had any razor bumps. The feature to adjust the speed allows you to get the closest shave possible. I have tried both wet and dry shave and both methods cut equally well. Thank you for making such an excellent product. Saves me a lot of time in the morning.
