I have had several electric razors over the years but this one beats them all. It's quiet and simple to use, charges quickly and last for weeks on one charge. The shave is smooth with no pulling or pain. It also has a nice carry case

At the beginning, the razor was rather coarse on the skin. I just needed a few days to adjust to the feel which was different from the others I had used.
I have been a Norelco user since late 1974. Prior to that, I primarily used blades; I could not get a smooth cut from electric razors. I always had styptic sticks available because I was constantly nicking my face with the blades.
There's very little you could offer me to get me to part with my razor.

This is my fourth NORELCO shaver, with my first coming in 1957. All have been excellent. This is the easiest to use and cuts well. I miss the pop-out trimmer of my last model, but thoroughly enjoy the shave of this model.
I received a tool with the razor for removing the heads, but cannot figure how it can work.
the directions say to lock it on some lugs, but I cannot find anything to catch with it. Other than that, it is a great machine.
