Great except for cleaning system

I received the 9300 series with cleaning system for a Christmas present after owning nothing but Norelco my whole life. I have to shave everyday and I have not owned a better electric razor. I have sensitive skin on my neckline and have always had razor burn from all my other razors except this one.
The cleaning system has yet to impress me due to the fact that every time I use it to clean my razor it does not go through the same cleaning processes every time. The manual says it should take about 10 minutes and I have had it do cycles of less than five minutes to over 15 and to the point I had to actually unplug it. The manual does NOT contain any troubleshooting techniques or actions. I am not impressed at all with the cleaning system.
Pros: close shave, no razor burn
Cons: cleaning system, did i mention cleaning system

Lip area is sensitive and having adjustable speeds makes shaving much less an unpleasant experience. All speeds cut well without unnecessary pull.

Great Razor. I have used electric razors for over 40 years. This one is the best shaver I have ever used. The only thing I don't like is the on/off button. Too easy to shut the razor off while shaving. Power on button needs redesigned or moved. Overall the razor is excellent and I am very happy with it.

Overall a very good razor...only thing is it takes longer to get a clean close shave than with my blades...would love it if it would take less passes to get the closeness of a shave than it does...
