I think there lower priced shavers do almost as good as job as this high priced one. (model9300) that is why I only gave it 3 stars.
Pros: floating heads

I bought the Norelco (wet or dry) electric shaver really for my head -- not my face. I shave my head--not really my face -- so it's hard to say how good it is if using on one's face instead of their head. It does an okay job on the head but not great nor better than a regular razor. I had high hopes because I'd prefer to use the Norelco vs a razor blade but I think the head might have too many curves since the shape is round whereas the face has flatter surfaces.
Pros: easy to clean, convenient, don't have to buy expensive razors
Cons: doesn't perform as well on rounder surfaces
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have never written a product review before, but this product compelled me to do so. I was very skeptical and hesitant to make this purchase due to the cost and some less-than-wonderful experiences with other Norelco razors. This razor has blown me away. It gives an extremely close shave on my bald head, face and neck in a very short time compared to other razors. It takes about 4 minutes to get my head and face shaved to the skin if I shave every day. I am tremendously impressed.
A few critical comments: The cleaning/charging unit is bulky and can spill the cleaning fluid very easily. Also, the trimmer is now an extra part that you need to add on (replacing the razor head). This is a little annoying. But short of these two critiques, i highly recommend the product for it's core function... shaving my head and face.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Shave ur beard staying at home. This product is 100% product, which doesn't require any extra item to shave ur beard.
1) It has trimmer to keep different beard styles
2) Shaver to shave deep hairs
3) Cleaner to clean
4) 100% washable

I recommend to buy S9311 in 9000 series, coz other products has same shaving heads but expensive. S9311 is best
Pros: trimming keeps shape of ur beard
Cons: problems when shaving beard styles deeply

I have Parkinson's Disease which in my case affects using my hands in a smooth, controlled and fully functional basis. Having to use a circular motion to shave properly as instructed in the manual and videos is very difficult. Using a non rotor electric shaver does not require this circular momement. Too bad because I like the shaver otherwise and spent a lot of $$ to purchase it. Not sure what to do or if I can get a refund.
Cons: required movement to shave.
