When new, GREAT. Then head keeps popping off!!!

Great Shaver but Dumb Clean

Shaver is actually like no others i have had it shaves close and gets all the hair in neck area Wow!
But here are the downfall the Smart Clean should be rebranded to Dumb Clean! no joke
i'm shaving the smart clean starts, no shaver in cradle smart clean starts put the shaver in to clean asks for new cleaning cartridge I check it it's half full!

Save money and buy it without smart clean and just rinse it yourself I regret buying the whole system
Pros: shaves close, gets messy stubble on neck
Cons: omg the smart clean is so dumb, if you like smart clean it will cost you!

It doesn’t shave, it requires going over and over the same spots just to get it to partially shave. Absolutely terrible

Even tho the base is tempermental, the slightest move sideways gave the base the impression of electric off, then flicker back on. Other than that overall the instructions are concise and thorough, excellent performance, and definitely enjoy the overall quietness of the operating mechanisms. Good, comfortable grip. Shaves excellently. Shaved hair doesn't seem to get over My clothes.
Pros: quiet
Cons: base temperment-electrically speaking

This razor provides a close and comfortable wet or dry shave. I occasionally use a blade, and I used to use a competitor's electric. However, I get the closest and most comfortable shave from this Norelco.
Pros: close and comfortable shave
Cons: the auto clean/dry system takes a while.

excellent shaver nice and sharp for 3-weeks

blade dulls very fast
blades don't self sharpen
I would buy the cheapest wet dry electric
and plan on replacing blades after 3 months or just buying
a new one
Norelco can seem to master this technology
Pros: sharp at first
Cons: dull weeks later, makes norelco not a viable choice

Quality Razor!

I've used Norelco triple headers since high school. I'm in my fifties now and received this 9000 series as a gift from my honey. She hit it out of the park on selection! After using it for a few weeks now, the only reason I can't say excellent across the board is the wash system. It's fickle! I've had to restart the cleaning cycle almost every time that I've used it. Now I put the razor in the system for a charge before every cleansing. So far that seems to be it's bug, because I can cord charge it first and try to clean it and it stops every time! So they can either change the directions or check the system, I'm good either way!
Pros: best triple header ever!
Cons: cleaning system is fickle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
