Nothing worked as advertised

This razor did not shave as well as my older model Norelco's.

Close Shave, Easy to Use

As a disabled man (blind and physically impaired) getting a good shave can be difficult.
I have always favored Norelco products for their quality, ease of use and performance.

It's only been a few weeks but the shaving technology of this new razor (9300) is far superior than my older Norelco model (and it was only 2 years old).
The floating heads (on the 9300) that pivot in several directions allow for a much closer and more accurate shave, in less time.
Places I had difficulty shaving in the past (around jaw line, under chin and over Adam's apple) are now easier than ever to maintain.
The razor is easy to clean however it's a bit odd learning how to place the razor (backwards) into the charger.
My only complaint about this razor is that the little orange rings that hold the razor heads in place are not sold by themselves and if you lose one (down the drain like I did) you'll have to purchase a whole new razor head assembly unit and that's not cheap.

Always used blades

When I was young I tried electric razors and did not like them. After more than 50 years and when the price of blades got so high I thought I would give another try. I am glad I did. This razor cuts closer and is faster than using blades. It took a couple of weeks to get use to it. Now I love it and should have changed along time ago.
Pros: the cleaner, close shave
Cons: none

I see not to many of you like the shaver but yet you gave it a good rating. I'm very disappointed in this shaver for the money that was spent. One major thing is doesn't shave as close as advertised. be aware that the 45 day warranty is from date of purchased, so if its a gift good luck.
Pros: sleek design, automatic washer
Cons: grinding sound it makes when shaving, having to re-shave, money back warranty

A very unique, innovated and created shaver

This shaver in very unique with up to date technology that provide consumers a very close, fast and smooth shave. The SmartClean base make the shaver always ready when you need to shave by recharging and cleaning the shaver. I will recommend this product to others because of my experience with a close, fast and smooth shave.

Best shave ever.

This razor shaves close as a blade and very comfortable on your face. Cleaning is a snap a rinse after every shave or using the cleaning unit. I have used many electric razors through the years and this is by far the best.
Pros: very close shave., easy to clean.
Cons: none.
