Got a 9300 that was damaged in shipping. Call Norelco many times and they have done NOTHING about it!!!
Cons: no service

Some what useable a month then became unusable

Won a lottery. After using Philips razors for over thirty years. Thought I would buy the best. Well this is not it. Bought extra solutions for cleaning tank. Followed instructions to the tee. I am a Technician and know that following instructions is key to getting full used of product. First noticed I could not get hairs by where nose and upper lip meet. Got to point where blades got hairs caught in it and was bleeding at nose where it meets face. Then hairs on neck became long and not getting cut off. Instructions said could take awhile for skin to condition. Not true. Looking for a good razor now.

The shaver has performed well. Good use everyday. It cleans well.

WET SHAVE BEST FOR ME

Best and closest shave. I've used other electric shavers (foil), and of course razor blades too. This is best. At first it wasn't living up to my expectations, except for my longer neck hairs. But after about three weeks, I decided to shave wet, with shaving cream. Outstandingly close shave. I love it!
Pros: wet shave works best for me
Cons: drying mode after cleaning takes to long., dries for about 4 hrs!
I would recommend this to a friend!

A truely great product with the money

I've had a lot of shavers over the years,but nothing compares to this one it's an all in one shaver you have a totally encased cleaning system I've always wanted and the shaver with it's multiple settings a must have
The three heads are spaced too far apart. It drags skin when used dry. Works great wet with gel or shave cream. Takes multiple passes to get very close shave.
This shaver gives the best shave of any Norelco I have had in the last 28 1/2 years.
The problem is that the shaving head keeps falling off the motor when I am shaving. IT WILL NOT STAY ON!!!!!
The ability to change to different attachments has caused a problem.
I just want a shaving head that is completely attached to the razor and won't fall off the razor!!!!!

First time I have not returned an electric shaver in 30 years

This is the first time I have not returned a shaver during the trial period. I have tried numerous shavers all claiming to be wet and dry and will shave close as a blade. I have sensitive skin especially around neck and every shaver I have tried has inflamed my neck and left my skin with a feeling still like rough sandpaper. When I saw this written up in GQ as the Bentley of shavers thought I would try an electric again. Undid box slowly as fully expected to take it back in morning. Tried it on dry shave on slow speed and got the shock of my life when my skin felt as smooth as my top of the range blades. Needless to say first time in 30 years the box is in bin. It ain't going back this time
