Cutting heads have degraded over the years

Heads used to last with the flat cut a lot longer. Price up quality dowm.

Smooth shave!!!!!!!!!!!

Great shaver, I get a very close wet shave with this shaver and no irritation or burn when used on the slow setting. The cleaning feature works well, I followed the instructions shook off excess water placed it in the cleaner and let it do its thing, I have a clean and charger shaver each time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

You get a comfortable, close shave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice product. It provides a comfortable, close shave. I use it with an electric pre-shave lotion and not shaving foam. The shaver cleaning system works well. I use it every time I need to recharge the battery. The only problem I have is that, after about a year of use, the shaving head does not stay in place but will fall out. This has been a consistent problem with all of the shavers of this type that I have owned for many years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Shaver 9700 wet, is the best shaver they.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best shaver they have used to date. I've been using Norelco for 40+ years. It charges extremely fast. Shaves closer than any other shaver I have used. The attachment for trimming sideburns works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price which is one of the highest prices I found, the shave is not what I expected. It takes significantly longer to get a good shave compared to my previous razor and it does not cut the tougher hairs on my upper lip to my satisfaction. It looks great but I would prefer to give up looks for function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the best Norelco I’ve owned; sadly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor is ok. Just ok. The last model I bought had a trimmer built in. This does not and already my wife threw out the box with the trim ATTACHMENT and it’s gone forever. That said? This model feels “cheaper” than the one I had for many years prior. The battery is …just okay. Loses power quickly. That said, it gives an ok shave. My model before was much smoother. It was also a 9000 series.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
