To make a 5-star rating with me is difficult for any product so 4-star is more like an A‐ than a B. If it had a more user friendly pop-up trimmer rather than an attachment trimmer plus a better way to remove the blade-head for cleanning would make it a solid 5-star. The shave head glides effortlessly over most of my face. I have to be careful in the high speed mode on my neck but mustache whiskers need the extra spedy attention. I always clean the shaver before using the charger-cleaner device so that I don't contaminate the elixir inside it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet shaver, but slow. Cleaner is worthless.

Mine was great the first day, but then I used the self cleaning and it was terrible. It makes super weird loud noises defeating the purpose of such a quiet electrical shaver.
Also two issues as I see no reason to get the shaver without the cleaner. It seems the rings don’t fit the best and sometimes make weird squeaky noises in startup. I’m not sir if this is a result of the self cleaning not providing enough lubricant or what. Second issue it never got a close shave above my lips and was considerably slower than my foil electric shaver.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Been using norelco shaver's for over thirty years. 9300 wet & dry does not compare to my other norelco shavers. NOT worth the money.

Cutting heads have degraded over the years
