I have used Norelco razors for 40 years. I am a little concerned as it( my new one) seems a little fragile. I feel the head may break off as I move it across my skin. I have now used it over a month.

This razor gives the closest shave out of all the other norelco shavers I have used in the past. The 3 speeds are great. Also the redesigned smart clean system works perfectly.

I wish I had put my money on this unit last year instead of the regular Norelco. I have been a Norelco user since I was in High School (Graduated in 1967). Note# I would probably have my original shaver if my sister had not shaved the cat with it.
One thing I would change on this unit. Put the on/off switch on the back opposite the razor heads. I continuously shut it off when I am shaving!!

No need to look anymore when you have the 9000

Never thought I would wake up in morning and look forward to shaving, Use it on slow speed for my sensitive skin and no redness. Can't believe how quick and close the shave is. I love it.
The blades with the 8 directions is awesome as the outer blade gets closer to the skin
A marvel in shaving technology, Buy it, you'll never regret it.

Quiet and shaves very close

I had two 3-D shavers for years one for work and one for home use. I decided to upgrade to the newer 9000. It definitely is a lot quieter and even shaves closer. It is also very easy to clean. The only thing I really miss is having the trimmer built into the shaver like my old 3-D shavers had, for I don't really need to use the pop on trimmer. Also I find the pop on trimmer doesn't trim as close on my side burns as my other built-in versions do. Over all I like the performance of the new 9000.
Pros: quieter, shaves closer, easy to clean
Cons: no built in trimmer

This shaver performs great. You get a great shave (the reason to have a shaver). This cleaning system is better than your previous cleaning system. The trimmer works well. However, the popup trimmer on your other models is more convenient than the interchangeable heads. It works though. Overall this is an excellent shaver. I have used your shavers for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the quality.
Pros: overall great quality
Cons: having to change heads for the trimmer
