[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shaver now features 3 shaving heads that are removed/replaced as a single unit, whereas previous heads were replaced individually by using a provided “tool”. I had experienced problems with the old design properly seating an holding the heads properly. The new design appears better - time will tell, but I am hopeful. This shaver holds a charge far better than my previous 9000 series Philips/Norelco shaver. I am a LONG term customer of this brand and triple head shaver. I have used Norelco since I was 16, and I am now 70.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Close shave, even neck curlies, without thr burning after shave experienced with other brands. I have a thick beard with tender skin.. I have the S9300 with cleaning station ,and I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a number of Phillips shavers over the decades. The last one was about 10 years old. It was nice - I just replaced the head every year. Extremely reliable. I bought this new one and found it has many improvement. It's a nice upgrade for me.
