It shaves a little bit better than shavers 1/3 the price. If I'd known that I have to take off the razers to attach the clipper I would never have bought it.

Shaves very close

I bought a Braun Series 9 shaver last year and it does not shave close enough or get all the hairs. I bought this one today and it definitely shaves close enough (comparable to shaving with a razor) and gets all the hairs. Added benefit that it is much quieter than the Braun so I can actually shave without having to worry about waking up my wife! I only gave four stars because it was a bit too harsh on the skin and my neck is a bit sore. I will play with the settings and hopefully get even better results on my next shave!

Great close shave. Shaver is super quiet. I used to buy Philips shavers only but 5 years ago I switched to another popular brand. When my second shaver bit the dust, I decided to return to Philips. I've had two shaves so far but I'm very satisfied with my choice to return to Philips.

Really holds a charge!
