Other than the smart link portion not working, the lock is great. Unfortunately that is the main reason I purchased the lock. I am going to contact the company and see if they can help me. If they do, I will update this review.

Great Lock

Overall I'm really happy with this alarm and how it intigrates with my Ring alarm system, but there are some things that could be improved. I bought this for Ring integration and weather resistance, because I don't need a deadbolt and didn't want water getting inside the door. This has a gasket to keep the seam sealer and seems sealed well itself, but the the side of it has a rather large and totally unnecessary speaker hole. That should at least have been put on the bottom, but it's not even necessary. I covered mine with a high-quality weather proof tape so it doesn't hurt the appearance too bad but I'm annoyed that it's even there. The automatic relock can be turned off or set for 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 3 minutes. I have it set to three minutes, but this is annoyingly short for me. I would probably use it on 5 minutes, but wish there was also a 10 minute choice. Finally, I doubt they would make this change, but I wish there was an optional setting to disable the ring alarm when I manually unlock the deadbolt from the inside. Can't tell you how many times I have set off the alarm while I'm still half asleep in the morning.

This product installed well enough. It's a big improvement astetically on an older model we had at a previous home. However this one seems to have issue deciding on which way the bolt slides.

I couldn’t get the Alexa integration to work because I need a latest generation device with a home hub. The Amazon devices section of the product listing said my echo device would work, but it did not. Otherwise locked worked fine. I wish the automatic lock timer would offer options longer than 3 minutes.

DOES NOT WORK DIRECTLY WITH ALEXA!!!!

If you are buying this lock because it says it works with Alexa then know you will have to spend more money to make that a reality. This lock requires a hub to tie into alexa. the lock itself seems fine. I will be returning because of the misleading advertising.

Fine lock, Ring integration is very disappointing though

The lock seems to work fine but the only reason I bought it was for the integration with the Ring app which is too limited. You can only lock and unlock, all other functionality (such as setting temporary codes, custom codes per person, viewing lock and unlock history, etc.) has to be managed through the actual lock itself or through some other smart home system which is pretty complicated to figure out and set-up

The lock works amazingly! I love it!. The only issue that I have that could be fixed easily is that the one touch locking is too sensitive. I lock it with my arm sometimes by accident and if you have it linked to your alarm system like I do that could and has caused some issues. Maybe add an individual button specifically for the one-touch locking?
