Great phone for the price!

I bought this to replace a Droid Turbo.Very similar with a slightly larger screen. Would have given it 5 stars except had trouble transfering my contacts. Had to get a tech savy person to do it and it took him several tries. Otherwise a great phone for the price. Hands down a much better buy than an Iphone. Still getting used to the camera.

I bout this to Replace Mt E5 Supra and I have been impressed with the quick response to commands and the speaker is far better. Overall I am a continued Moto fan for life!

Uses Launcher3

The phone is decent enough, but why moto choose to use launcher instead of something like nova launcher I don't know. Launcher3 doesn't allow any customization and you are stuck with the stupid Google search bar on your home screen. First thing to do if you get any moto phone is download nova launcher or other decent launcher and set it as default.

All ways liked these phones never a problem I upgraded from my old phone because when I ask about cast/mirror I was told the phone would but it doesn't, the week after buying my phone the price drop and this was disappointing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Enough phone for most purposes

I have had my it plus for 16 months. It replaced my G3 that I accidentally crushed.
Performance is outstanding for the price. Android 8.1 upgrade was worth the wait.

BUGGY, connection problems, awful camera

I have had this phone for almost two years. I hated it right off the bat. I am always switching up phones, I am not an "apple or Android" person, I like to try a variety. This phone by far has been the worst. My slide phone was better. This phone has connection problems with servers, a very poor camera, is glitchy all over the place, the lag is ridiculous, and it freezes 24/7. And the most recent problem? IT RANDOMLY RESETS MY TIME AND I CANNOT CHANGE IT BACK. the only good thing is it's battery life. But honestly, I'd rather it die.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good phone except few lackings

I bought Moto G 5S. Even my sister and one friend also bought the same along with me. Phone is durable and strong. But there are few lacking:
* Phone gets overheated while charging.
* Internet become inactive when we are on phone call.
* There is very poor volume control. Volume control should be separate for phone call and other notifications.
I request developers to work on these issues.
