Low cost high end

Bought two to replace older network phones that were toast. Very impressed by quality, feel and lack of bloat ware. As with any new product, the learning curve took some time. Love the external storage feature. Camera top notch. Battery lasts for days.

Great phone

I've had this phone for a pretty good while and it's been fine but it bugs me that I that my messages constantly have trouble sending and it's not because of my signal or anything I don't know why I can't download a photo or receive or send messages sometimes. I just want to know if this is a common problem or could be fixed. Other than that it's still a great phone! Really fast, UI is nice, love every Motorola phone I've had.

Thanks for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoy using the device. We want you to make the most out of your phone, so let us address the issue of slow performance.

For the slow performance issue, sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you are no longer using. You may also need to check your internal memory, When the internal memory of the phone is full or almost full, you may experience a sluggish user interface, latency when switching menus, or in some cases the display freezing or reboot which is already happening on the device. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (at least every 48 hours) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. You can also try to boot the device in Safe Mode and observe. To boot into Safe mode, press the physical power key, touch and hold Power off, touch OK when Reboot to Safe mode appears. If it works fine while in Safe modes, then it's possible that a 3rd party app is a culprit. Try removing some recently downloaded apps and see if it helps.

Flagship Phone at Budget Price

From the WX-35 to the Moto G (1st gen) to now the Moto G5 Plus, I've been extremely happy with Motorola phones. I've owned the G5 Plus for about 2 weeks, and it's a great phone. The stock Android features are awesome, and the camera can compete with higher priced phones. Motorola does it right!

I love this phone

I purchased my G5+ 4/64 well over a year ago and it has been an outstanding phone. The camera works great. The performance is great. I love how fast apps load and run. The battery lasts all day for my use. This usually includes about two hours of video conferencing every day. This phone is very reliable and I am happy that I bought this. I had read that some complained about the frequency of software updates, but I have received at least five updates since I bought the phone. For me, I will stay with the Motorola G Series as long as they continue to build phones like the G5+.

Problems with speaker

I bought this about a month ago and the speaker doesn't work properly. The normal calls always work well, but when I put them in speaker mode the person on the line doesn't hear well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
