Like almost everything about the phone

Have had this since Nov 2017. Perfect size for me, runs pretty smoothly without too many issues. Not thrilled with camera, but I guess it isn't horrible. My biggest problem (and I am guessing it is just my phone), is the display only stays on for about 10 seconds. Doesn't matter if I change it to 30 minutes for sleep, I only ever get 10 seconds. Haven't been able to find an answer for that yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I upgraded to the g 5 plus and it works great. I however still need to learn how to use it. That's why I have kid's they walk me through the hard parts of technology.

Great phone

I have been using this phone for the past 3 months.
Great battery life. Charges fast. Super fast as well. Can be compared to galaxy or iPhone but for less than 3rd of a price.
Picture quality not so great and also freezes once in a while when using Instagram but only takes 10-15 sec to normalize again.

Awesome for the price

It's pretty great overall. The outer layer was easily worn out in the top part of the phone, but besides of that small cosmetic problem it's a super great phone. The battery lasts easily two days with the normal use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Died after 2 days+Boost compatibility nightmare

Thought this phone had nice features and bought 64gb version on sale. Only had the phone activated for 2 days and it has croaked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best part -- No Bloatware!!

Very happy with my new moto g5s Plus. My previous phone was a Moto Droid Razr. The one thing I do miss is the native email app. That was really a nice app. Now you have to use Gmail or Outlook (or some other 3rd-party app). I preferred using the native email app for corporate email. Battery life is excellent & charges quickly! Phone is also very fast.

Great phone

I bought the phone one month ago and it's really great, the camera is the best. I didn't put 5 stars because I don't like the fact that is not an internal gallery in which I can see my pictures, it automatically store them in Google photos. In addition, I would like to program my cellphone to automatically turn off or turn on, but it doesn't have that option.
I would recommend this to a friend!

You can still download third party Gallery app from Play Store which will suit your needs. Regarding automatic Turning on and off feature, this phone doesn't have this feature but can download an app that has this feature from Play Store. However, we can't guarantee the performance of each of these apps.

Great software

I got this phone to replace my turbo 2, which was fantastic until the Android 7.0 update. I am loving the software l, storage, and RAM on this g5s plus. In that aspect it goes above and beyond any expectations. The dual 13 mp cameras are amazing, if say top 5 picture quality on the market right now. I have to also mention the battery charged full in about an hour and I have had it last 3 days for me which is just fantastic. The only downside to this phone is that it has an all metal back, so it you do not have a case it is so slippery you cannot hold on to it and it falls out your hand and pocket. Which brings me to the next downside the screen. Although it is Corning gorilla glass 3 it still shatters quite easily. I had mine for 16 days before it broke and I never break screens. Overall it's a great phone just make sure to get a good case that you can hold onto.
