ALMOST 3 MONTHS OLD

Moto g 5s plus is almost 3 months old. Have not hit the ON button yet. I'll be giving it a high rating today, simply because i am hoping & counting on the thing working out really well for me .. I like how it looks in the box.. I'm looking forward to my daughter & son in-law, getting here ...to set it up, ,and get me going on it. To make it so that it will live up to a good rating. The pressure is on them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor value product

Not a good purchase. Poor battery and not up to date secure. Below average performance.

Piece of the future in your palm.
I love this phone.
Everything is great.
Can't say enough good things about it.
Excellency across the board, including battery life and interface.
Of course, always some drawbacks.
Fantastic screen makes it hard to put down. My wife complains!
Sound quality--amazing.
Hard to say anything bad about it tbh.
I have to say it's my favorite smartphone ever.
There aren't any devices like it imo.
Don't think twice here.
Only thing I'll say is the screen's bigger than the 5c so it's easier to watch movies.
Not only that, but it's thin!
Oh it's tough to fit in a skinny jeans pocket.
That might just be me cuz big thighs.
But I definitely recommend it.
Up to you to listen or not.
You're missing out!

I've had this phone for a month and am completely satisfied. I honestly don't know why people spend 4x as much on phones that are no better.

Amazing battery life

This is the best mid-range phone I've bought. Battery life is amazing and the 64 gig storage is more than plenty of space. Operationally I've not seen any lag and I like being able to customize and not have a bunch of bloat-ware. The camera is not the highest end but decent enough for my use. I would definitely recommend if you want a very good phone for a reasonable price.

Great software and great hardware

Just a few things need to be fixed, in my phone I have to use loud speaker cause I can't hear a thing in a call using the default speaker

I understand how important this feature of a phone to you. Let me further assist you. Have you tried to raise up the volume during a call? Is there something covering the earpiece? Have you tried to put it in safe mode and see if there's a third party app which triggers the earpiece not to work? If not, here's how:
To put it in safe mode:
Press and hold the power button until Power Off option appears on the screen.
Tap and hold the Power Off option until Reboot To Safe Mode appears on the screen, then press OK button.
Once you're in the Safe Mode, observe or try to make a call and see if the same behavior occurs. Tell us more about this concern. Send us an email to supportforums@motorola.com for us to further assist you.

I bought the phone a few months ago after lots of "shopping and comparing" in person and online. I knew what features I felt I couldn't live without and I had a price point in mind. Motorola satisfied both and much more. I am happy that I decided to purchase this phone.
