I miss my previous brand phone!

I've had this phone for three months now and it's still difficult to answer a call (sometimes an icon appears, sometimes it's under some other notification, sometimes I can't find it at all in time to answer the call.) There's no way to have a notification light to stay lit to show a text came in when I wasn't looking at the phone. This in itself is probably going to push me to ditch my G5S and return to my previous brand. I can't sort the app icons the way I want to. The call sound quality is just okay, not great. The texting options were so poor I had to go to a texting app instead. This phone is so not-intuitive to use. I really regret buying it.

I have used my Droid turbo for the last 3½ years and have had only a couple small issues mostly from wear and tear. I had my g5s plus 3 days and a slight bump on the corner shattered the screen glass.i may be waiting up to 4 weeks before the new screen replacement is available. Next thing is the battery doesn't seem to have near the capacity as my old feeble Droid turbo!

I used to use only Motorola handsets. Nexus 6, original Moto X, Moto X, even the little ol original Moto G was A great phone.
Every since Lenova bought Motorola the quality, chipsets, durability have all went down dramatacly.
I just picked up the Moto E4+ and it is junk.
I will never buy another Lenova device again...period!

I brought this in April and have given it a good workout. The battery is good and lasts 24 to 48 hours. Screen is nice and clear with a real good clarity in all sorts of conditions. The processor is quick and decent with games and other apps. No complaints with the Camera. Good pictures and faster than my previous G4. My biggest complaint is the connection with my AT&T carrier is worse than with my previous G4. Weaker signal it seems is the new norm with this phone. I haven't moved and the nearest cell tower is still 2 miles away. Maybe, if Motorola pushed Wi-Fi calling with AT&T it would be better. I understand it's up to the Carrier, but come on. Still a decent phone without the big price.

It's ok, but...

For the most part it's a good phone, fast, great battery life, no lag. But... One of the main reasons I bought this phone was the supposedly awesome camera(s), but the camera and software are just not there. I am very disappointed. My Moto g4 takes WAY better pictures. Now I have to carry two phones if I want to take pictures.

Motorola G5s Plus

Have been using this phone since Christmas. Really love phone. The extra memory does very well for my needs. Downside, it's a Google phone. Constant intrusions into my Motorola experience by Google Play pop up ads. I didn't have this on my last G5 phone. And I won't have it on my future phone. Because that won't be a Motorola. I might change my tune if they stop. Contacted Google Feedback about this matter.
