Good for the price

Unable to send media (pictures,sound recorded,etc) through wife.Unable to switch keyboard language without going to phone settings.Camera is ok and the other functions the phone has work perfect.Just simple details the manufacturer need to know

I've only had this phone a little over a week and I'm happy I bought it. The finger print feature is great!! It's very user friendly and I would recommend this phone to friends and family.

Great Value for the dollar

I replace an iPhone SE for the Moto G5 Plus. The screen size is perfect and is much clearer. The advantage of a micro SD card is great, and the lack of bloat ware from other Android choices makes this phone faster than the iPhone SE. The best feature is the battery. I'm only charging every four days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's a good phone but...

I've brought this phone for myself as a birthday gift and within the 2 weeks of having it its been alright. The small issues with it makes it really frustrating to deal with. I've summed up some stuff about it Pros and Cons style.
Cons:
-The data usage is outrageous. I've never heard of a phone who can't send a message on wifi without having data on. It's like it can't read the service on the sim card with out it drinking up my data.
-The gifs and extra stuff on the keyboard are annoying and I wish I could turn them off.
-Spell check doesn't work (Even with it on it does nothing)
-I can't send pictures nor text in a group chat without having my data on
-There's no reset button (Gotta turn it completely off)
-Personal keyboard is just as useless as spellcheck
-Google has basically taken over the phone and makes it hard to use the system apps (file manager, images, etc) with using their apps. It cuts you independence very short and restricting you to use their apps only.

Now don't get me wrong, it's a great phone its WAY better than my old one but the slight hick ups and lack of independence makes me shrug it off as average.

Great phone

I've had this phone a few weeks. It does everything I want it to. The really nice thing is an my Gmail stuff and apps synchronized seamlessly. I kinda miss being able to wave at it and have the screen light up, like my turbo 2

Battery is awesome. . . Signal is awful.

I bought this phone a few months ago and am ready to write review.
The good:
- battery life is the first thing I noticed. AMAZING battery life.
- fingerprint. fast to access and navigating using sensor instead of 'buttons'
- Camera seems good enough. It's not as amazing as I had hoped, but it's really good.

The bad:
- Signal. This phone doesn't get the same signal as my old Moto X. I am surprised by how often I don't have reception: at my desk, in WalMart, on the outskirts of town. These are all places my old phone wasn't an issue. AND it's really slow to reacquire signal. You would think that once I step back into the parking lot that it would get signal. That is not the case. Sometimes, I will be a mile down the road before it re-connects to the world. . . really disappointing.
