good job but excessively noisy

The microwave does a good job of heating food BUT
it beeps loudly every 20 seconds until you remove the food. Not just a few times, but forever. I haven't had the patience to listen for more than 2 cycles of 3 beeps each, but my family wants to open it up and cut the speaker wires.

MaryCCCCC, I am dismayed to hear how frustrated you are with the audible alerts (beeps) from your microwave. I have great news! The audible alerts for your microwave are adjustable! Please see page 21 in your Owner’s Manual for the instructions. I hope this helps to alleviate any aggravation for you! Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great microwave, works just like it should only thing that I don't like is the bell that lets you know your food is done it goes off ever 10 seconds it is a little to much that is my only complaint
