[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave seems to cook very well and evenly. Ther only problem I haveis a very big one but I'm not sure if it's the microwaves fault or the people who installed it for mes fault. Basically when I use the stove and make very smokey stuff like sausage, bacon, etc and turn the vent on it just circulates the smokey air AND GREASE around my house!! I've never had a microwave that has done that before usually it center vents outside the house NOT INSIDE!! This is very big issue but like I saidI'm not sure why it's happening maybe the people installed it wrong, maybe they stopped making houses that vent out, who knows. Hopefully I can find a solution to this.

Bay12, I regret to hear your microwave is not performing as expected. It sounds like the installer has your microwave set for recirculating (non-vented) exhaust. Check inside the cabinets above the microwave to see if you have access to outside ducts. If not, you may not have that choice in ventilation available to you. Please see page 25 in your Owner’s Manual for important maintenance needs for recirculating exhaust. Could do without the annoying beeping

The only complaint is once the runtime is complete it beeps 3 long beeps, and then again, and again..... you get the point but if in the settings it can be changed to one set of beeps and that’s it, we wouldn’t be complaining.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great microwave -- I wish it was a little more finger print resistant, but otherwise the thing works great. It heats and defrosts well, the recirculation fan is satisfactory, and the range top LED light is a nice touch.
