Expensive Disappointment

I bought the Frigidaire set (microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher). The microwave only lasted a year. I replaced the fuse and still nothing. An expensive disappointment.

2 year old microwave blows circuits!

Bought 2 years ago- still looks like new but blows circuit. Plugged into another outlet and blows that one also. Do not purchase bad product.

Typically, the breaker can trip if your microwave is not on a dedicated circuit and plugged into a GFI outlet, or if there have been power outages, which can cause a 'nuisance trip' every now and then.
However, I do see that you currently have a technician scheduled to come out to resolve your concerns.

Garbage

The microwave kept tripping the circuit, and now, the SECOND one has blown - we've only been here for 4 years. Absolute garbage!!!

Not good at all

I moved in 2 years ago to a new build community and all my appliances are Frigidaire, microwave is not working, it started tripping my breaker. We have no idea why, it’s basically brand new! Will not recommend!

Worse Microway

Worse microwave I've ever owned. Builder installed and less than 2 years later it doesn't work. First the clock went out but we could still use it. Now everything is out. Nothing like having to shell out extra money to replace it and it won't be with a Frigidaire!

Piece of Junk - Quit Working within 3 Years!

Do not buy this microwave! It quit working almost 3 years from the day it was installed. It is out of warranty. I had a microwave prior to this one that worked for more than 15 years prior to this one. If I could give this Zero stars I would. I will NEVER purchase anything from Frigidaire ever again.

Marginal microwave

Purchased this unit in the fall of 2018. It cooked fine, albeit it was noisy. After just 26 months it stopped working. We had the fuse replaced, and it worked for a day. Then we had the interlock switches checked. Worked for a few months. Then it stopped working. Replaced the interlock switches and it worked again for several weeks. Then? Surprise. It stopped working again. It should not be this difficult to manufacture a reliable midline microwave. Perhaps I am a relic: I don’t believe a new X (microwave, vaccum cleaner, etc) should need an extended warranty plan. If you cannot make something that at least works for 5 years, don’t make it. The Kenmore cannister vacuum I bought in grad school was working 30 years later.
