Handle peeling

I moved into my condo last year and the handle was peeling. I see that lots of other people have this same problem. too bad the company would not replace the handle since it happened to so many people. I am replacing and will buy another brand.

Without knowing the age of your specific microwave, I can advise you that the finish is considered cosmetic and not covered under a warranty. However, we recommend cleaning the finish of your appliances with a mild mixture of soap and water to prevent any damage or early wearing of the finish.

Can't Take the Heat

Constant e11 error codes when using the range beneath. Heat and moisture trigger the really inconvenient alarms necessitating unplugging and restarting right in the middle of meal preparation. After 3 years the faulty keypad has finally given up the ghost. Two days before the family arrives for Thanksgiving dinner. Typical for an unreliable unit...

issue with tripping breaker

Microwave doesn’t heat up food

Shutting off

The microwave is shutting off after 30 seconds of timed cooking. Not sure what’s going on with it. How is this microwave having mechanical issues and it’s not that old? What’s the deal?

Basic Short-Lived Microwave

Basic microwave. I've had this for 5 years and the paint is already chipping/peeling under the turn table. It's clearly not healthy to consume food in there now.
