3 years and now it’s dead

Same issues as many others

After 2 years our microwave started tripping our breaker constantly. After replacing the fuse it worked for another year before it started tripping our breaker again. Now it is completely dead.

Not heating food

Very disappointed

Less than 4 years old my microwave has made me crazy. It has been started tripping the breaker box constantly. I checked it out with electricians, they informed me it was an issue of microwave. Do I have to make an order again and find handyman who can install the over-the-range microwave by paying over hundred dollars? I can’t find any information except for writing review here.

Junk, designed to fail. Started tripping the breaker after a year and completely failed after 4 years of only moderate use.

Do not buy

Had this microwave for 3 1/2 yrs, it is now tripping the breaker. I called Frigidaire and it is not under warranty so now I have to buy another microwave.

Product is Defective and Not Reliable

This brand new kitchen appliance was installed in our brand new house on Feb 2019. After only a few months, it started to have what looked like grease stains on the door. When I tried to clean it up, I noticed that the build up was actually inside the glass. In order to clean this, the door has to be taken apart. This appliance is supposed to be tightly sealed in order to avoid radioactive emission while cooking. It’s mind boggling how the massive stain got in between the glass door on this appliance. Last night as I was cooking, I noticed heavy moisture built in the glass door and when I tried to wipe it off, bingo, it was actually inside the glass door. I do not recommend this product and hoping that Frigidaire will rectify this issue with a replacement to a new model.
