Nice features, but the Start button is temperamental

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We sometimes have to push the Start button up to 5 or 6 times to get it to work. We've tried pushing in different areas of the button pad or with different pressures, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. It's working better now than when we first got it, and I'm not sure if we just know now where to push or if it had some kinks to work out at first.

It’s not very well built Feels cheap.

I wish I had purchased a different microwave. The control pad requires a direct solid push (takes more time), beeps way too much/too long once cooking cycle is done.
