Can’t get replacement parts.

This was in new construction home. Glass plate was always bad about slipping of trac. Unfortunately it finally slid out and shattered. No way to get a replacement. This is awful. I guess we will have to replace the entire microwave over no parts. Will not buy another Frigidaire I guess. Will look for a microwave with more easily replaceable parts. Too bad. We actually liked this one.

Bubbling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It functions appropriately. It used to look great with the other appliances in this line but now the number pad is bubbling and looks terrible. Makes pushing the buttons more difficult.
