[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had any trouble with this item. One weird thing that I love is that the clock is super easy to set. Other than that, it heats up food. It is pretty big too, which is nice. It is pretty easy to clean also. And I only just recently learned about the light & fan at the bottom for when I am cooking on the stove.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 3 of these in 2017 for my 3 properties. It works well and has a very high-end appearance contributed in part by the very classy handle. I also like that both the interior & surface lights are LED. Many competitors are still using outdated incandescent lamps which run hot, wear out quickly, & burn up electricity.
