Microwave has swirl marks

Brand new, in my home 2 weeks. Used ONCE. Has swirl marks on exterior surface. Can't wipe it off because despite strictly following the manufactures guidelines for cleaning it's impossible to do without leaving marks. I was horrified when I saw these on the microwave, and more so on the refrigerator. Dishwasher has deep scratch on ext. front door. I keep my house and the furnishings within all in great maintained condition. It makes me sick to look at the condition of these appliances because I don't abuse my furnishings. All appliances placed in my home at the same time. I don't know what happened with these appliances but this can't be right for all 3 surfaces to fail miserably.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this item and the touch pad is already starting to fade, I'm almost afraid to clean it because it'll fade even more.

Homie1971, I am dismayed to hear of your microwave display fading. Care should be taken in cleaning the touch control panel. If the control panel becomes soiled, open the microwave oven door before cleaning. Wipe the panel with a cloth dampened slightly with water only. Dry with a soft cloth. Do not scrub or use any sort of chemical cleaners. Close the door and touch Stop/Clear. It works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave came with our appliance package with our new house. It works just fine, but I don't like the constant beeping after something is done and I wish it had settings like reheat, quick cook, etc.
