[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this product for over a month now. Overall good. My only complaint would be the sound telling you it's finished cooking your food. Goes off fairly frequently until you open the door to get your food out. Although, its annoying sound does prevent me from leaving anything in there for too long.
