Turn table is clunky and loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into this property that we purchased recently with these appliances already installed. As much as I like the other appliances, I can't say the same about this microwave. The turn table is not smooth. it's jumpy and makes a clicking noise. Also disappointed to find the audio on the timer or completion beep can't be adjusted. It's a bit loud. Otherwise, it's pretty simple and easy to use. it has a lot of great pre-set selections. So it's decent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do like this microwave and maybe I’m just use to my old one. The the buttons are really hard to activate. You have to keep pressing at least 3-4 times before you get the number or the start button.
