[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works great but it beeps INCESSANTLY if you don't take the food out immediately. I have another microwave that will do the initial 3 beeps and then every minute or so after it will do a short chirp but this microwave does long and loud beeps over and over again until you actually open the microwave door. I get the intention: you don't want us to forget about the food. However, if I'm busy doing something and can't get to it immediately, I don't want to hear BEEEEEP BEEEEEEEP BEEEEEP BEEEEEP BEEEEEP BEEEEP BEEEEP for 5 minutes straight until I take the food out. Make it stop!

Your unit is equipped with the ability to have the sound turned to either a high or low volume or turn the sound off altogether.
