[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an open box purchase. When we plugged it in it was defective. Frigidaire got someone out the same day! The had to order a part and that took awhile. But they gave us a check for the inconvenience. I'm very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful, very easy to use. Only complaint is the buzzer goes off 3 times when food is done, and goes off every 15 seconds until you open the door. I feel like I am being hassled by my microwave
