Extremely disappointed and heartbroken

Purchased this microwave a couple months ago after doing my research and reading reviews. I knew Frigidaire was a highly recommended brand so I decided to upgrade my kitchen with their appliances. Unfortunately, this microwave has been awful and I regret my purchase. The door will not shut properly so I am constantly having to slam it which I hate. Food can only be cooked in the center of the plate or it will make a horrible scraping sound while turning. Lastly, the finish on the handle has started to scratch off and looks as though a knife has been taken to it. It is only my husband and I who use it since my small children are unable to reach it so I know for a fact, this isn’t due to abuse or carelessness. I’m just extremely disappointed that I’m out the money on a product that hasn’t held up after two months.
