Overall - Like it very much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our kitchen and in order to free up counter space, we purchased this over-the-range microwave. On the whole I like the product very much. I like the look and function. There are two issues that keep me from giving it the highest review. First, when cooking is completed, it beeps incessantly. There may be a way to stop this, but I haven't figured it out yet. I'd like it to beep once after completion, but it will continue to beep until you press stop or open the door. The other issue is that it appears that the keypad scratches very easily. The first time I wiped it down, there were marks on the keypad that seem to be permanent. Since the keypad is meant to be touched, and will need to be cleaned frequently, the material would stand up to cleaning better. Otherwise satisfied.
