Sucj a disappointment...i wanted this product to last and look good for a long time..considering the cost

To maintain the appearance of your microwave, it is important to follow the proper care and cleaning instructions. The outside surface is precoated steel and plastic. To maintain, clean the outside with mild soap and water; rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Do not use any type of household or abrasive cleaner. Metal parts will be easier to maintain if wiped frequently with a soft cloth. Avoid the use of spray and other harsh cleaners as they may stain, streak or dull the door surface. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heating portion is great, the lighting is cool on the inside, but the only complaint i have is the vent om the bottom can barely hold a receipt upon high..so all the steam from my pots just covers the entire door with moisture, and the cabinets above the microwave
