Noisy Turntable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used my new microwave after installation, the turntable started making this squealing noise. Thought maybe it was the roller ring, but nope, someting inside the unit is bad. Got service call set up though a local vendor Frigidaire uses and have been waiting a few weeks for the part to come in. Well we got the service call all setup and my wife took off work to wait for them to come. We were given a two hour window. At the end of that tow hour window my wife gets a call from the vendo who toldl us they wouldn't be comng because they had the wrong part. No apology or anything. I did let corporate know. The wife wasnt happy.

The best microvave we've owned

That unit unfortunately failed after 14 months of use. But we liked it so much we replaced it with the same model. heres hoping this one doesn't have the same fault!

Excellent Product

I am so impressed with the services that Frigidaire provided to fix the problem... That has won the heart and I believe now in their products and services...
