Looks good, basic features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this appliance for 1 month and hav noticed even with cleaning the control pad with a very soft microfiber cloth, it has scratches and wear, especially with the start button. Also, have noticed if I touch raw meat after defrosting while it’s still inside microwave, I get an electrical shock. The microwave was professionally installed.
