Frustrated

For the first year, our microwave worked perfectly. Unfortunately now it won't work. Every time we try to microwave something it cuts off the breaker box. The light and vent work with no issues. This microwave came with our brand new home so its just over a year old.

Great microwave and great customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Posted a review a couple of weeks ago about my microwave door being broken. Frigidaire reached out to me concerning it asked for model number and some pictures. They then sent a contractor out to my home to fix my busted door and covered 100 percent of the expences. Thanks frigidaire for standing behind your product and carinf about your customers!!

Reliable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My microwave and I are old friends. I use it more than anything in my entire house. It’s the second one I’ve owned because I got a new job in a different state across the country and the appliances in the new house were again Frigidaire. After all the years of constant use my microwave still worked like a champ and operated as good as the first day I got it. So when I found out all the appliances in my new home would be Frigidaire, I was quite pleased.

It looks nice and I would give it 5 stars but when I cook bacon in it, the very middle of the bacon on the plate gets burned. i have to stop the cooking every minute or so and rearrange the bacon so the middle of the 5 slices don't turn black in the middle. I've never had a microwave cook directly in the middle like that before. Otherwise it is a great microwave.
