Issues with Alert Sounds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance was installed by the home builder (H & H). It performs as a typical microwave but I have issues with the annoying alert sounds after time elapses. The alert sounds is too loud even on low volume and repeats too quickly. I resolved the irritation by muting the sound.
