Terrible door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new double wide and this came in it it was manufatured in feb of 2018 i moved into my home in August of 2018 and the whole door mechanicsm is falling apart the handle broke on the bottom side and now all the trimming around the glass is about fell off

replacement for convection/microwave

Noticed over the Thanksgiving holiday that condensation formed in the door while making soup on the stove top, but it went away by morning. Hope that won't be an issue. Otherwise nice operation. Louder than my Whirlpool Convention/Microwave that died after 20 years of steady use, however.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It is normal for condensation to form in or around the microwave if you are heating something with a high moisture content on the stove. It should not cause any issues with operation! It can help to keep the fan on while cooking and open the door afterwards to help it evaporate.

Doesn't Work for More Than 3 Seconds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I have reviewed the entire Use & Care Manual and experimented with every setting on my new microwave that was installed in my apartment this week, the unit doesn't work for more than 3 seconds so is completely useless! When I move and buy my own home, I will make sure to purchase a different brand of product.
