looks good heats good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is simple to use; the vent fan for the range is fairly quiet; it looks great; seems to work fine; the only negative I have in short time I've had it is that the plate doesn't seem to spin effortlessly and makes a bumping noise as if something is not posititoned quite right. But I've tried repositioning the rolling part the plate sits on and make sure the plate is sitting in the correct place several times but still get the bump.

it leaks cold air from the outside into the house, the alarm is extremely annoying its way to loud and too long and it just keeps on. when you use the timer instead of setting the time you want then hit start you have to hit "timer" again. a normal microwave you would just hit start. it is very cheaply made. it came in our new house other wise i would never have bought this product.

Sleek Design, Easy to Use!

It has a very nice design, easy to use buttons, and has all the necessary features I need. I'm really happy with this microwave since I use it on a regular basis.
