[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave does a good job. I really like the fact that pushing the Start button provides a 30 second warmup for coffee. But that is the area for my only suggestion for improvement. The rotation speed for the 30 seconds needs to work like my old one--the cup finished in the same spot it was placed. Right now my cup winds up toward the back with the handle facing the wrong way. No biggy, but there's always room for improvement, isn't there?

Microwave works fine, install less than fine

We bought a new home with this microwave installed. Anything requiring a longer than 2 minute cooking time is not good with this as installed. The hot steamy condensation from the oven goes up to our white painted cabinets. When the cooking is done, we must wipe down our cabinets to remove the condensation. Over time, this will destroy our cabinetry and the white paint and will not be a good thing for us. We were told it should have been installed with a bump out kit. The kit was ordered and we received it on 11/5. Now we need someone to install it to see if that eliminates our moisture concerns.
