Terrible Product

The handle on my microwave began to peel, due the heat from the stove. Unfortunately, as a consequence of such a poorly constructed product, I sliced my finger on the handle which again looks like stainless steel but instead is just garbage. Also, the microwave stopped working and continued to trip the electrical panel. I have read a lot of reviews with the same issues. Shame on you, Frigidaire!

Fuse blown after 3 years, but good microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this microwave, but the fuse blew after 3 years. It was installed when I bought my home. Worked perfectly for 3 years then died with just regular use. I thought it would have lasted a little longer.

We purchased this microwave brand new with our home. After 2 yrs it’s stopped working. It was a basic usage microwave. Very sad for the price

Blown up fuse

Lennar installed this unit in our new home we bought in 2019. Just after 15 months, the breaker started to trip. This became frequent. We got the breaker replaced. After about a week, the microwave died completely. It's 20A fuse was blown. Then we got it replaced. After a day the fuse blew again. Several of our neighbors had a similar experience with their units. Very disappointed about Frigidaire brand.

Microwave lasted only a Year

New home construction, came with all Frigidaire appliances. The microwave kept tripping the circuit breaker after only 1 year of use. Would not recommend this microwave

What a Microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with this Frigidaire Over-The Range Microwave! It's the best microwave I've ever owned. It cooks potatoes quicker, boils water faster and defrosts vegetables in a blink! Makes a scrambled egg in less than a minute. So pleased with how well it performs. Such a great size that can hold my largest casserole dishes. Also appreciate that it has a guide on times to cook certain foods when you open the door. When something is finished cooking it beeps, alerting you until you take it out. I like that because when I'm multi tasking, it doesn't let me forget. Nice bright LED lighting for my cook top. Great that it doubles as a hood with ventilation fan. Works great on both fan speeds when I'm cooking something greasy! Not too loud. Love the look and style over my stove. I highly recommend this microwave. It's a great asset for anyone's kitchen!

Terrible

I wish I could give it Zero Stars. I've owned it less than 3 years and I've had to repair it twice. After approx a year of installation, it started to trip the breaker after a few seconds of use. We had an appliance repair company replace most of the parts they deemed bad. 9 months later and it no longer ever turns on.
This site full of terrible reviews makes perfect sense to all of your frustrations

Noisy but Effective
