Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work for Merle pop reparation and did not buy one of ours. I like the fact Frigidaire offers LED lighting both for the cooktop surface below and inside the microwave much brighter and much more reliable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, so good... yet needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this microwave so far. the few gripes are:
1. Viewing window is far too shaded/dark- so you cannot easily see the food being warmed and potentially prevent an overheated item or boil over/splatter.
2. Our configuration vents into the kitchen, but the fan doesn't seem to pull very much. Even on high, the steam from cooking surface doesn't get sucked into the filtered venting at all.
3. The completed tone/beep is annoyingly long. Would be nice to be able to adjust volume, tone duration, and/or change tone entirely.

...operation is as advertised and we're happy with the look, feel, and overall use.

Beeps way too much

While the microwave works fine, this thing beeps like crazy!! Beeps prob a dozen times once the time is up and the beep is loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

For the first year, our microwave worked perfectly. However, in the past two months it keeps blowing fuses. We’ve reset the micro switch each time we replace the fuse, which, is not convenient to get to. During the removal of the front cover the brackets holding it on broke off, so now it’s barely hanging on. Now I’ve read this has become a common complaint. It was installed in a brand new home. We’ve always liked your brand so this is disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
